We stayed at the Debonair Bear cabin, and it was wonderful! The cabin is beautifully appointed, very clean and comfortable. The mountain top views are fantastic and the drive up to it is fully paved coming from the south. It was a very quiet spot, and we fully enjoyed the tranquility and time in nature.

The Debonair Bear was a charming cabin in a beautiful quiet wooded setting with a breathtaking mountain vista! We came to relax, enjoy cooler dryer temperatures and recharge our batteries and were refreshed the minute we entered and went out to the back deck and took in the view. The cabin is very comfortable and inviting. The road into the development and up the mountain has a sharp hairpin turn that is easy to miss and tricky to navigate the first few times but is nothing that can't be handled. We look forward to a return visit to this breath of fresh air! (Airbnb review 5 stars)

Enjoyed our stay and the beautiful view! Place felt like home and had a lot of the home amenities you'd expect. Best of all, it was pet friendly and the icing on the cake was that it had a Level 2 EV charger for our F150 Lightning. For my EV enthusiasts, you should note that it has a Tesla Level 2 Destination charger so you would need to bring a charging adapter if you don't drive a Tesla and need a J1772 plug instead. We absolutely loved the Cabin. The view is gorgeous and we loved sitting on the wrap around porch in the mornings and evenings.
The kitchen was stocked with everything needed for cooking meals and the guest book had great recommendations for local places to eat too. The Blue Ridge downtown area was fun to explore and do some shopping. We like to hike and there are trails close by for hiking. The Benton Mackaye Trail with the beautiful Fall Branch Falls is not far from the cabin and a wonderful morning hike. The cabin is amazing and a great home away from home to enjoy. Our dog Rudy was able to go too and the outside fenced area makes this a wonderful place to vacation with your fur baby.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin! It's ideal for two couples (or even a family, as there's a third bedroom with two full beds we didn't use). The views are lovely, and the outdoor space is fantastic, featuring a spacious deck, a unique roped bed seating area, and a wood-burning fireplace (wood may be available, but confirm with the owner). The indoor gas fireplace, controlled by remote, is a very nice touch. The kitchen is well-appointed with a gas oven, range, and dishwasher (note: no garbage disposal, so be mindful of food scraps). The bathrooms are modern and clean, and the beds are very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the Wi-Fi speed (around 100 Mbps down/15-20 Mbps up), which is great for a more remote location.
A few other helpful details:
* EV Charger: There's a Level 2 Tesla (NACS) charger, which is a huge plus for EV owners.
* Parking: Plenty of space for two cars.
* Driveway: One route has more gravel, while the other is more paved.

The team was incredible every step of the way. We received a personal call before check-in to make sure we had the entry code since Verizon was experiencing a local outage. We also received a quick response when we checked in on the cabin status following the hurricane.

The cabin was AMAZING! I have already recommended it to many friends and family who saw photos of the porch swing.
The only suggestion I have is to have pest control come out. We saw 3 large spiders and 2 scorpions inside the cabin over the weekend.

With many of the cabin rental co. being scooped up by Vacassa, it was a delight to deal with REAL people. The search was seamless as was the entire rental process.
We had a few minor requests from the front porch light out, Bear box ransacked by a bear and a late ck-out for our stay, everything was handled with immediate hospitable care and attention.
Donna in the rental office is a gem! She made me feel just like family. Southern charm at it's best!!

KTTM was well above expectations. Don't let the gorgeous pics of the cabin fool you...It's even more stunning in person. Conveniently situated high atop the mountain, it is a stone's throw from every nearby town & activity.
The cabin is very nicely appointed with every "need" taken into consideration.
Every nook and hangout in this cabin is rich with comfort and non stop views of the mountains. The peace & quiet provided a complete meditational solitude. Every night the sky was a painted masterpiece from God.
We loved it so much we extend our 10 day trip w/an addl. day. Just that good.
The worst thing about this property is having to leave!

It was a pleasure working with everyone at Willow Creek. They were more like a family then co-workers. No matter who I spoke with, they knew who I was and met my family's needs.

Our stay was wonderful! We felt we were living a Hallmark movie. From waking up to the beautiful mountains, going to near by Elijay and Blue Ridge,and returning "home" to cooking on the grill and making smores at the outside fireplace. We even met neighbors who were very nice! We hated leaving!!
Notes
All Bed Linens and towels are provided with this rental. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, pots, and pans. There are no food items, spices, or condiments provided.
You will be provided with 5 Kitchen Trash bags, 2 rolls of paper towels per Kitchen Sink, 3 packs of dishwasher detergent, 1 10 oz Gain or Tide laundry soap (6 loads), a small 2 oz bottle of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner per bathroom with tub or shower, and a bar of hand soap per bathroom sink, 2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet. You will also be provided with a souvenir Willow Creek Cabin Rentals tote bag to take with you. Please make a note, this is a starter kit for your arrival. If you require more essentials, you will be required to purchase those. No more items will be brought to the property.
