Based on my experience and four bookings later, I will only book through Willow Creek Cabin Rentals and Donna. She is so nice, very responsive and goes above and beyond. Our girls trip was postponed due to the last hurricane and Donna was understanding and made it so easy to change dates and rebook. On the day of check-out we had the pleasure meeting Justin and thank goodness he was there because my car was so heavy and the leaves were wet that he had to blow them off so I could get up the drive. Thank you Justin!!!

This was the third year weve been up with a group of 8 and had another great stay. We found a little general store/deli just down the road and had a fantastic lunch out on the patio after hiking at Fightingtown Creek nature area which is only about 15 minutes from the cabin. Called regarding a circuit breaker tripped and was there in 5 mins to rectify (we had car issues .. called from dealer as we couldnt locate the circuit box). Excellent customer service/care!

Loved it and was our first rental program booking! Couldnt have been more seamless/ideal! Only issue was a ladybugs. Seems that in the guest bedroom/LR deck doors they came in. Daily had a dozen or so then one day was about 30+! While cute a bit annoying. Everything was so well thought out! Kitchen stocked beyond expectations! Sunsets each night could not of been planned better! And the cabin binder was used daily as a reference/assistance. Again you thought of everything!

Excellent communication and very nice on the phone. NO Verizon service anywhere in the area while we were there. Thankfully one person had AT&T and we could call guest services with help getting in. Our code did not work, but they changed it while we were on the phone and good to go.

Cabin was extremely clean, furniture was comfortable and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook. We appreciated not having to play paper, rock , scizzors for a king bed - they were all kings! A lot of high end touches with outdoor furniture, ceiling fans and dish washers. The old school game machine downstairs was a lot of fun. Views were fantastic and the area was very quiet. We will be back!

The team was incredible every step of the way. We received a personal call before check-in to make sure we had the entry code since Verizon was experiencing a local outage. We also received a quick response when we checked in on the cabin status following the hurricane.

The cabin was AMAZING! I have already recommended it to many friends and family who saw photos of the porch swing. The only suggestion I have is to have pest control come out. We saw 3 large spiders and 2 scorpions inside the cabin over the weekend.

The ladies at Willow Creek are knowledgeable about not only the property but the area as well. They are quick to answer questions and always friendly. We have stayed in two of their properties and will definitely be back.

The office was quick to respond with questions about the front door lock and WIFI information.

We had such a wonderful weekend girls trip at Higher Ground. The home was lovely and the surroundings were peaceful. Our cars were all able to make it up the steep gravel road, but it did get quite bumpy at the top and the driveway wasnt totally clear with all the freshly fallen leaves.
