We absolutely loved our stay. The scenery was gorgeous. The house was amazing, with more amenities than we expected! We did not realize there was an entire 3rd bedroom in the basement w/ attached bathroom! Hot tub was perfect and clean! I cannot say enough about the extras this house had! The kids had a blast with the closet full of toys, games, and fort building kit! We will definitely miss having our morning coffee on the balcony staring at the mountains! I would suggest having a vehicle with 4x4 or AWD, as the gravel road to the property is quite steep, and we did spin the tires a little trying to get up there before the AWD kicked in. Having an AWD SUV was nice for driving the surrounding area as well. 10 outta 10 for this place! (Airbnb Review)

Probably the best AirBnB we have ever stayed at. Gorgeous house located right on the Toccoa. Could fly fish right in front of the house and kids tubed to Horseshoe Bend park. Everything was very clean. Kitchen very well stocked with everything we needed. Extra paper towels and toilet paper. Hot tub worked perfectly. No complaints at all. (Airbnb Review)

We stayed here with our kids (2 and 4), and it was wonderful for our family. The house is spacious and overall clean. The location of the house is perfect. Its easy to get to, close to downtown Blue Ridge, but also secluded enough to be surrounded by nature. We loved spending our mornings on the balcony, because the view was amazing! The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were clean and well kept. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and the inside of the house was very clean. The screened in porch could benefit from a little extra cleaning, but it was nothing that deterred us from spending time out there. If youre looking for a great house to enjoy the balance of being in nature and close to small town Blue Ridge, book it! (VRBO REVIEW 5 STARS)

From check in to check out it was just what we expected from our previous VRBO experiences- everything we wanted and needed. The location was awesome, the house was exactly as pictured and the views were exceptional. We enjoyed sitting outside with the fireplace watching tv and talking every morning and night-the weather was rainy and cool but we didn't care at all! Great place, stayed multiple times.

The location of this property is just perfect. The property along the edge of the river is well kept which makes fishing easy. The steps to the river made it easy for my granddaughter to play in the water. One bedroom has an additional daybed pullout that was great for my son's family with two small children. It was a great weekend and we had everything we needed.

As long as you only need 2 bedrooms, this place is excellent! We enjoyed the indoor fireplace and the hot tub. They're was plenty of paper towels, TP, and even bath gel, lotion, shampoo and conditioner available, which was awesome. The ponds at the bottom of the driveway were lovely and we liked watching the goose that hung out there. We even saw a deer in the woods outside the cabin one morning!

his house was perfect for our needs. It's an older house but very clean and all of the appliances and utilities worked well. There is a creek that runs through the back yard that is amazing with a little gazebo area near some rapids, very nice with the morning sun and a cup of hot coffee on a cool day. This house was the perfect choice for our mountain getaway! Everything was perfect, clean and as advertised or better. Loved the kitchen, bathroom/shower, patio, and bed! We can't wait to return! We are very glad that we rented an AWD vehicle as the drive to the house gets bumpy. It takes 20 minutes to get in and out of the "neighborhood" so be sure to leave plenty of time before reservations. Blue Ridge downtown is very walkable with shops and dining galore. We will be back. We enjoyed a short vacation to Northern Georgia and found the perfect cabin for our family. We were looking for a quiet and peaceful place to recharge.
