If I could give this property 10 stars I would! The house was clean and even more beautiful than the pictures showed. The backyard was perfect. My children spent hours outside by the river on the trampoline, swings, fishing, waving to the Blue Ridge Scenic railway train that goes by the front of the house a couple times a day. and exploring the river all while we enjoyed the outdoor tv, fireplace, and hot tub. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space to spread out inside the house. I cannot think of one thing about our stay that we needed that would have made it better. Looking forward to coming back in the summer to be able to enjoy time on the river again! (VRBO REVIEW)

Rivers Edge was an amazing property. It had things our previous properties did not, simple things like a laundry basket, a cooler, etc. We had booked a longer stay than usual and so glad we did!

This is a luxurious and gorgeous property! We enjoyed the outdoor fireplaces as well as the indoor gas fireplace. Surrounded by large windows made it bright with beautiful views. The kitchen was very well equipped. Large TVs in every room. The large shower with a tub was amazing. Nice amenities in the bathroom. Very clean. The outside spaces had tables chairs and couches. Next to a hiking trail. We loved staying at The Day Hike and look forward to a future stay!

Excellent response to our issue and it was handled in a timely manner.

Ice and water do not work out of the fridge which would be nice to have fixed. Also, the water pressure on top floor could be better. However, we LOVE this rental group and this house and will continue to return year after year.

The Willow Creek Cabin rentals ladies are so nice and so helpful. This is my fourth time at this same property. It has wonderful space for your group and is the perfect setting by the rushing river. We love it here, and we love working with the sweet ladies at WCCR. We will be back!!!

The website was very informative and had easy to follow instructions for entering and exiting the property. We had no problems during our visit.

The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking. Great dishes, pans, pots, etc. The covered porch with the fireplace was our favorite part and the upstairs master shower! We want to book this home again for next years adult getaway!

The property is BEAUTIFUL! The views from the cabin are amazing!!! Very peaceful and relaxing. There is a beautiful creek in the backyard. We expend most of our time by the creek. The cabin has everything you need for cooking and everything else. We love all the details that they put together to make this cabin a great experience. This trip was for my husband's birthday celebration, and as per his own words "It has been one the best". We will coming back for sure.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb! We loved exploring the surrounding area and checking out the lakes. Also had a lot of fun just relaxing and spending time in the cabin. It is very well appointed and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend staying here, and hope to be back one day!

The cabin was great! Had everything we needed! However, in reading the reviews, I see that no one mentioned the steepness of the driveway. It is a little tricky, especially when snowing which it was during our stay. Otherwise, great stay!

Donna is a gem - kind, helpful and so kind when our first trip was cancelled because of covid.

Wonderful retreat- quiet location near wonderful hiking, and remote enough to enjoy the deer down at the creek and beautiful star-gazing at night - so free from light pollution and noise.

Blessed in Blue Ridge! Willow Creek provided an experience versus just a stay. From the moment you enter the neighborhood you can feel the busy world recede into a background of serenity, trees and water. The cabin was perfect, clean and amazingly setup for our family of four. We had various family members over for dinner on different evenings and it was well suited for entertaining as well. Location: I grew up in the area so we knew exactly what we wanted to accomplish for our week, but newcomers will have a field day with all the opportunities to eat, shop, ride the train, fish or just take a lazy drive in the mountains. A typical day: sleep in a little (a teenaged boy and girl), coffee on the deck, breakfast in town, visit family, drive in the mountains, stop by Ingles to pick up food for dinner and then wine/food back at the cabin. Do not hesitate to book this place if you are looking to make connections with both yourselves and the area. Cheers to 2023!!
