Since most of the communication was electronic, it made it very easy to check in and check out. After receiving the text message with the property information, it was extremely easy to know everything we needed to know. It was extremely helpful and right at our fingertips.

Overall, it was a fantastic getaway. The property and view were amazing and clean. The proximity to town made it easy to head in for some lunch or dinner and get back to the house in a reasonable amount of time.

Because of COVID-19 my original reservation had to be changed. The team at Willow Creek made sure that the property was comparable to the property of my original reservation and that I was satisfied with my accommodations. Truly a pleasure working with such a kind professional team.

The property was as advertised. Very spacious and clean. The property is paved access in a quiet neighborhood. The 3 full baths are sizable. Most bedrooms have direct access to a balcony. All of us appreciated the covered balcony on each level because it allowed us to be outside and enjoy the mountain view although it rained every day of our stay. Great place to stay if you want to relax!
Notes
All Bed Linens and towels are provided with this rental. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, pots, and pans. There are no food items, spices, or condiments provided.
You will be provided with 5 Kitchen Trash bags, 2 rolls of paper towels per Kitchen Sink, 3 packs of dishwasher detergent, 1 10 oz Gain or Tide laundry soap (6 loads), a small 2 oz bottle of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner per bathroom with tub or shower, and a bar of hand soap per bathroom sink, 2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet. You will also be provided with a souvenir Willow Creek Cabin Rentals tote bag to take with you. Please make a note, this is a starter kit for your arrival. If you require more essentials, you will be required to purchase those. No more items will be brought to the property.
